Iyadu Cycle is built for Muslim women who deserve an app that respects both their faith and their privacy. By using this app, you agree to these terms. They are written to be understood, not to confuse.
Iyadu Cycle is an independent iOS application developed and operated by Fartun Ahmed, an individual developer.

By downloading, installing, or using Iyadu Cycle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Your continued use of the app following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Iyadu Cycle. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Iyadu Cycle is designed for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at iyadu.cycle@gmail.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Iyadu Cycle is offered on a subscription basis. The following terms apply to all paid subscriptions.
Plans available:
Free trial: Where offered, a free trial begins on the date you confirm your subscription. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Billing: All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Iyadu Cycle never handles, stores, or has access to your payment information. All billing disputes must be directed to Apple.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. This is an Apple requirement that applies to all auto-renewing subscriptions on the App Store.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, consistent with Apple's standard terms.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Continued use of the app after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Founding users: Users who were active on Iyadu Cycle prior to April 13, 2026 may be eligible for complimentary access under our Founding User programme. This access is non-transferable and subject to the terms communicated directly to those users.
Iyadu Cycle helps Muslim women track their menstrual cycle in the context of their faith, including period tracking, Ramadan fasting management, makeup fast scheduling, and Umrah travel planning.
Important limitations:
All health data you enter into Iyadu Cycle is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your period logs, fasting records, symptoms, or any other health information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for maintaining a backup of your data. Deleting the app or your account will permanently remove your data and cannot be reversed.
You agree to use Iyadu Cycle only for its intended personal purpose. You agree not to:
All content within Iyadu Cycle, including its design, code, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Fartun Ahmed and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.
The name Iyadu Cycle and its associated branding are not to be used without permission.

Iyadu Cycle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fartun Ahmed, individual developer of Iyadu Cycle, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located within the United States.
Apple Standard EULA: In addition to these Terms, your use of Iyadu Cycle is subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You can find it here.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the app and delete your account.
